Rates are property based, per night, calculated on a maximum of six persons.

All prices listed above are GST inclusive.

Booking conditions are as follows:

• Minimum stay of two nights.
• Weekend rates apply for public holiday periods.
• Minimum stay for public holiday periods may apply.
• A $500 refundable cleaning and key deposit is required for all
confirmed bookings.

A deposit of 50% of the full amount must be paid within 7 days of the booking to secure the property.

Full payment, including the refundable cleaning and key deposit must be made 14 days before the date of arrival.

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the date of arrival then a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking will apply. The balance will be refunded.

If the full payment, including the refundable cleaning and key deposit is not received by 14 days before the arrival date or you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the arrival date, then there will be no refund of the deposit.

Electronic funds transfers are preferred. Major credit cards and cheques are accepted.
